Good
Location - central, lots of good restaurants and shopping. Room- air conditioning is good, bed is comfortable
Housekeeping staff - not cleaning the reusable cups in the washroom (lipstick stain still visible) Staff in-charge of replenishing the snacks in the mini bar - charged my account with ten pieces instead of five pieces of chips Front desk staff - did not inform me that the chips is not free so I was charged GBP 2.50 per piece. I arrived last May 10,2024 and waited one hour in the airport for the taxi driver/taxi promised to me by BOOKING.COM but it did not arrived. I never got a phone call or email form Booking.com explaining to me what happened. I took an airport taxi and charged me GBP 100 from airport to Mandeville Hotel.

Good
Location is fantastic. Near Oxford Street shops and tube, but also the quiter area of Marleybone and Chiltern Street. Comfortable bed. Great views from 7th floor.
A few requests were ignored by staff (e.g. to take away the iron & ironing board when no longer needed etc) and some other minor issues. But overall happy with our stay.
